Controlled Factory Environment
Procon Modular Buildings are manufactured in a controlled factory environment, offering reliable lead times and protection against inclement weather conditions. Our buildings are delivered to you substantially complete and can be installed and finished to meet short programme times.

We do every size job at Procon.
At Procon, we consider ourselves big enough for any job, but small enough to care. That’s why we will take on the task of providing you with your modular solution at any scale. What you need is up to you, but from there we will take on design, necessary site works, manufacture and delivery.

Customer engagement is one of the pillars of Procon, we will keep in constant contact with clients throughout the construction process to ensure all needs are met. This is something that we focus on with daily project inspections which are carried out through this process and can be shared online, so that there is never any doubt in the project’s progress.

Eoin is the Founder and Managing Director of Procon Modular, a company he established in 2007. With over 40 years of experience in the modular off-site construction industry, Eoin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. His hands-on approach ensures that he is directly involved in all aspects of the business, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders alike. With 25 years dedicated specifically to the manufacturing of modular and off-site construction services, Eoin is committed to delivering innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of each project.

Bart brings over 18 years of experience in the construction industry, backed by a BBE in Building Engineering & Management, as well as expertise in Real Estate and Project Development. He also holds the IOSH Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) certification. As a key leader at Procon Modular, Bart has played a pivotal role in driving the company towards achieving its most ambitious projects. His strategic oversight on previous school projects has been instrumental in ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, showcasing his commitment to excellence and efficiency in construction management.

Paul is the Head of Construction at Procon Modular, bringing over 25 years of extensive experience in the construction industry. Renowned as one of the leading experts in modular and off-site construction nationwide, Paul began his career as a self-employed joiner and has since climbed the ranks to oversee the delivery of over 90 modular projects across the UK, collectively valued in the tens of millions. Since joining Procon Modular, he has successfully managed a diverse range of modular building projects throughout Ireland, demonstrating his commitment to innovation and excellence.
